Steven, who heads up The Land Management Partnership, has a wealth of experience acting for private clients, charities and institutions in Yorkshire and the North of England.  Having previously been a partner at a national consultancy firm, Steven is a committee member for the Yorkshire Agricultural Law Association, President of the North Yorkshire and South Durham Association of Agricultural Valuers and an examiner for the CAAV.

Toby Milbank

After graduating from Cambridge with an MA in Economics, Charles joined Barclays Bank. He worked for them for seventeen years, during which time he achieved an MBA. In 2001 he became CEO of First Caribbean International Bank, in the Caribbean. In 2008 he was appointed CEO of ASB Bank, the New Zealand banking subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia and in 2011 he returned to the UK. He is a member of the Audit & Compliance, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. He is a Non-Executive Director of GE Capital Bank and Chairman of The Cherry Tree Trust, a microfinance charity which he founded. Charles brings a wealth of management and leadership experience across a range of disciplines to The Land Management Partnership.
